I’ve been learning recently how much regular roof upkeep really makes a difference, particularly for properties near the coast. Things like routine inspections along with finding minor problems early on tend to help a lot when it comes to avoiding larger repairs down the road. I always thought roofs were more of a one-time thing, but weather exposure really takes a toll over time. Curious how often others here get roof inspections and which signs they keep an eye out for. |
